I am sure you have heard about the massive drive the World super powers and Governments have been instigating over the last five to 10 years regarding world pollution.
One location that has had a high level of input and World media coverage is the motor auto industries.
We are now seeing numerous production cars that are hybrid and electric powered.
As normal the study and development for these type of cars are coming from race car design teams.
What is quite exciting is a new race series that has just been launched this year.

Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC) members pick Camry LE, Camry Hybrid and RAV4 as category winners for the 2007 Canadian Vehicle of the Year. Toyota Trio were given the top honors. Toyota Camry LE won in the Best New Family Automobile, Toyota Camry Hybrid, in the Greatest New Family Automobile, and Toyota RAV4 V6 Sport in the Finest New SUV/CUV category.

And the redesigned Toyota RAV4 will be manufactured in Woodstock, Ontario when our new assembly plant, currently under construction, begins production in 2008.”
